Over the past years, since starting this blog, I have been amazed at how much the left hate the RIGHT. Is it perhaps because they are WRONG and despise the RIGHT of the truth?

I am no political warrior - quite the opposite. I tend toward the Pollyanna view on life - I always try and see the good in the bad and the upside of adversity. 

But too many of us have turned into Mr Inbetween. 

We are too frightened to " come out " as Conservative.

These days. it is more triumphant to come out as homosexual or transgender. To come out as a Christian or as a lover of family values... ? You will be pilloried.

So too many of us have become Mr Inbetween.

In fact, speaking the truth has become courageous ( or outrageous?) these days. 

We are in a war of words. Anyone who has the courage to declare their conservatism is suddenly given a label. 

The big ticket items are " bigot " and " racist " and " patriot". 

A Nation's flag is now a bad thing. Being white is a bad thing. Being heterosexual is a bad thing. Being pro life is a bad thing. 

Being pro family and pro decency is bad. 

We are living in a very very dangerous time. 

I believe that the days of sitting on the fence or being " Mr Inbetween " are over. 

People know that I always try and see the positive in the negative... but these days, it is getting very difficult to play the Pollyanna glad game.

One of my favourite messages in life is to try and turn a disadvantage into an advantage. But it has been difficult over recent years.

But we HAVE to.

You've got to accentuate the positive
Eliminate the negative
Latch on to the affirmative
Don't mess with Mister In-Between.

You've got to spread joy up to the maximum
Bring gloom down to the minimum
Have faith or pandemonium
Liable to walk upon the scene

(To illustrate his last remark

What did they do
Just when everything looked so dark)

Man, they said we better
Accentuate the positive
Eliminate the negative
Latch on to the affirmative
Don't mess with Mister In-Between
No, do not mess with Mister In-Between
Do you hear me, hmm?

About the elininatin' of the negative
And the accent on the positive)
And gather 'round me children if you're willin'
And sit tight while I start reviewin'
The attitude of doin' right

So what do we do?

Well I guess we have to get off the fence and declare our hand. As Bruce Rugby's father said

Apathy, O apathy
Why do you cloud the minds of men
And hold them from their duty
Until when?
Awakened from your binding spell,
With eagerness they seek to clasp,
The fleeting opportunity,
That once was theirs to grasp!

 So what do we do?

Yes, accentuate the positives of life these days.  We are a growing movement of fighters and patriots.

Yet we are increasingly under pressure from the left to focus on the negative.... and become Mr Inbetween.

We must stop being the fence-sitters. We must get off the fence, plant our feet on the ground and declare that we, the silent majority, will no longer be silent.

We must stop clouding our minds. We must awaken from this binding spell. We must be eager to grasp this fleeting opportunity and take our lives and future back.

No! Don't mess with Mister In-Between

It's time folks. It is time. 

Time to get off the fence and grasp that fleeting opportunity that was ours to grasp. 

Maybe it is as simple as talking with each other?

Spread the word. 

Just look at what happened 2000 years ago. 12 men spread the Word and it still lasts all these centuries later.
