The Supreme Court has just rejected the Texas bid to challenge the 2020 election results in Pennyslvania, Georgia, Michigan and Wisconsin.Not good news, by any means. However, it does not mean that the War is over - merely a battle lost before the troops were able to engage fire. So what courses of action are left?
Rudy Giuliani, Trump campaign legal head said he felt it was a “terrible mistake.”
“The worst part of this is, basically, the court is saying, we want to stay out of this and … they don’t want to give them a hearing, they don’t want the American people to hear the facts,”
He went on to say
“These facts will remain in history unless they get resolved. They need to be heard, they need to be aired, and somebody needs to make a decision on whether they’re true or false. And some court’s gonna have to have the courage to make that decision,”
As I heard the news, I could only think back to the movie I watched the other night " The Darkest Hour " where Churchill was facing an increasing groundswell from his Cabinet to surrender to Germany. Much like the calls to concede defeat that Trump is facing these days. As the British Forces were surrounded on the beaches of Dunkirk, things were grim indeed. The Nation was facing a tyrannical takeover by Nazi oppression. Our " boys " were all but lost.
Churchill was a gutsy fighter and not one to roll over when justice needed to be defended.
Speaking to the House of Commons in June 1940, Winston Churchill made the case that he would offer his “blood, toil, tears, and sweat” to defeat the tyranny that was sweeping Europe. He said:
“We shall fight on the beaches, we shall fight on the landing grounds, we shall fight in the fields and in the streets, we shall fight in the hills; we shall never surrender.”
And fight he did. A flotilla of boats set sail across the English Channel and brought the boys back home. He rallied the British People and fought on with grim determination. The enemy were fought on the beaches, on the landing grounds, in the fields and streets and in the hills and THEY NEVER SURRENDERED.
Trump is having his Churchillian moment. All he needs is the ability to get the fraud out in to the public sphere - which - to date - he has been unable to do. The media are against him; the courts are too scared to rock the boat and the patriots are all waiting and looking for something to believe in. Praying, hoping and trying to hold strong.
So where to now?
The so called " normal " course of action - which Rudy Giuliani pursues - is failing big time. It may be time for Sidney Powell to bring in the way that Trump can invoke his Executive Order, passed in 2018.
The work done by Lin Wood, Sidney Powell and their team has been a monumental effort.This could be crucial in the coming hours. If their evidence is strong enough, it would prove that there was foreign interference in the election. In that event, Trump has his 2018 Executive Order to bring in to play.

It outlines penalties for foreign interference in American elections.
Those who can determine the interference?
The Director of National Intelligence, Secretary of State,Secretary of Defense, Attorney General, Secretary of Treasury.

So, what do we have?
Sidney Powell, on behalf of the People of the United States, is looking in to fraud and foreign interference, which, if proven, could be tied to the Throckmorton ruling.
Back in 1878, a landmark decision was handed down by the United States Supreme Court in the case of The United States versus Throckmorton.
In a nutshell, it was ruled that if fraud was used to defeat the ends of justice; then the party aggrieved by the fraud automatically wins the support of the law.
Vitiate means to " spoil or make useless. " To impair the quality of, corrupt, debase, contaminate.
This U.S. Supreme Court ruling also determined that fraud vitiates contracts.
Cancels them
An election is essentially a binding contract between the electorate and the elected. This contract is irreparably destroyed should voter fraud and election cyber-crimes be proven.
Sidney Powell has alleged Dominion voting machines were involved in massive vote-switching, taking ballots that were cast for President Trump and reporting them as going to Biden. The servers will prove crucial to the prosecution of her allegations.
Meanwhile, a Presidential pardon has been given to General Mike Flynn, Sidney Powell's client and past National Security Advisor to President Trump. And he, no doubt, has some interesting information to pass on.
In a nutshell, the Dominion Servers seized in Germany are incredibly important.
The information that the Lin Wood and Sidney Powell team are assembling gives Trump the ammo he needs to use his Executive Order and Rudy Guiliani to use the Throckmorton ruling to cancel the election.
Should Trump invoke the Executive Order, it could just be the thing that saves a Nation.
It states:
Sec. 3. Mission. The Commission shall, consistent with applicable law, study the registration and voting processes used in Federal elections. The Commission shall be solely advisory and shall submit a report to the President that identifies the following:
(a) those laws, rules, policies, activities, strategies, and practices that enhance the American people’s confidence in the integrity of the voting processes used in Federal elections;
(b) those laws, rules, policies, activities, strategies, and practices that undermine the American people’s confidence in the integrity of the voting processes used in Federal elections; and
(c) those vulnerabilities in voting systems and practices used for Federal elections that could lead to improper voter registrations and improper voting, including fraudulent voter registrations and fraudulent voting.
Well, I would suggest that this is EXACTLY what has happened.
In order to invoke this Executive Order, the " Kraken- Wood " evidence is the lynchpin.
It is my humble opinion that all hope now rests with the evidence brought forward by Sidney Powell so that President Trump can find grounds to use his Executive Order and then, finally, things may start to happen. Rudy Guliani could then pursue the traditional path through the courts and justice served.
The darkest hour is just before the dawn. And it sure as hell is dark right now,
